Refund, Cancellation, Distance Transfer and Postponement Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for our participants. Please review our refund, cancellation, distance transfer and postponement policy outlined below:

Refund Policy:

• Before April 29th, 2023: If you need to cancel your registration, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
• Between April 29th and August 28th, 2023: Cancellations during this period will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation before Oct 24th is available for a refund of 30% of the registration fees.
• After Oct 24th, 2023: Unfortunately, no cancellation refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Process:

• You can request a cancellation by navigating to My Account then selecting Upgrade/Downgrade tab.

Distance Transfer:

• You may transfer a distance before 15 October 2023
• If you wish to transfer to a different distance within the same event, you can do so by navigating to My Account then selecting Upgrade/Downgrade tab.
• Different refund and transfer fees according to the time of the request.

Postponement to 2024:

Postponing your participation to 2024 isn't available.
