Change Distance / Cancellation Terms
- To be eligible for an 80% refund, cancellation must be made before August 30th, 2025.
- Cancellations made between September 1st and October 10th, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after October 10th, 2025.
- An administration fee of OMR 10 applies to any change of distance or cancellation.
- Transferring a subscription to the following year’s race is not permitted.
- Transferring a subscription to another runner is not allowed, and using another person’s registration or bib number is strictly prohibited.
