  • Front Length: 2.4 meters
  • Width: 2.4 meters
  • Top Branding Panel: 2.4m × 30cm
  • Bottom Branding Panel: 2.4m × 100cm
Organizers will provide 2 chairs for each booth.

Set-Up & Exhibition Schedule

Preparation (Before Wednesday, 10 December)

  • Plan booth design and layout according to specifications
  • Prepare marketing materials, banners, and display items
  • Ensure all required equipment is ready



Exhibition Days & Timings

Exhibitors must ensure their booth is fully staffed and operational during exhibition hours and actively engage with visitors and potential clients.


Dismantling


Saturday 13 Dec, after 10:00 AM 

  • Dismantle booth and pack materials
  • Leave booth space in original condition
  • Any damages or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit


Deposit Settlement

  • Organizers will inspect the booth area after exhibition
  • Deposits will be refunded based on booth condition and compliance

Important Notes

  • The organizers reserve the right to take necessary action in case of non-compliance with the requirements outlined in this document.
  • No promotional materials are allowed outside the assigned booth space, including (but not limited to) flags, roll-up banners, signage, or any display items placed outside the booth area.
  • External booth design and branding elements beyond the provided structure are subject to approval by the organizing committee.
