Welcome to Himam Training Camp registration page!
This camp is specifically designed for participants of the 120KM and 60KM races, as well as those who are eager to elevate their trail running skills. Whether you're preparing for a major race or simply aiming to excel in trail running, this camp offers the perfect environment to boost your endurance and performance.

Camp Itinerary

Day 1

Thu, 13th Nov 2025
  • 14:00 - 16:00: Arrival and participant reception, Jabal Akhdhar. 
  • 16:00: Welcome Speech
  • 16:30 - 18:00:  Short Hike (4KM)
  • 19:00: Dinner.

    Day 2

    Fri, 14th Nov 2025
  • 05:00: Breakfast.
  • 06:30 - 08:30: Morning session, Interval training, 8-12 KM, Khab Hayl Mahlab in Jabal Akhdhar.
  • 11:00: First Workshop.
  • 12:30 -13:30: Lunch.
  • 16:00: Second Workshop 
  • 18:30 - 20:30:  Evening session, Strategic uphill training, 4KM, Salut- Emir Palace, - Salut- Aqur, Elevation gain 450m.
  • 21:00: Dinner.
  • Day 3

    Sat, 15th Nov 2025
  • 05:00: Breakfast.
  • 06:30 - 11:00: Long training session for 4 categories:
  • A) 40KM, Alila - Aqur, 2240m elevation gain.
  • B)  25 KM, Alila - Wadi Bani Habib, 1360 elevation gain.
  • C) 16.5 kM, Alila - Wadi Bani Habib- Emir Palace, 1013 elevation gain. 
  • D) 11 kM,  Wadi Bani Habib- Aqur, 440 elevation gain. 
  • 13:30:  Lunch and closing. 
  • Mandatory Kit

    The camp is designed to provide 12-14 hours of training throughout its duration. To ensure the best experience, runners are encouraged to bring the following mandatory items:

    • Head torch
    • Trail running shoes
    • Running vest (minimum capacity of 1.5L water capacity)
    • Electrolytes (minimum of 400 mg of sodium per hour)
    • Gels or any other high carb-based fuel (minimum of 50 grams per hour of training)

    The following items are optional, but it is recommended to bring them to enhance the runner's overall experience.
